Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Perform load testing of lifting equipment including cranes, hoists, winches, davits, pad eyes, lifting beams, shackles, wire ropes, and slings using certified test weights or water bags.

• Execute calibration of industrial instruments such as pressure gauges, safety valves, load cells, torque wrenches, gas detectors, and temperature measuring devices.

• Carry out pressure vessel inspection including internal and external visual inspection, thickness measurement (if applicable), hydrostatic pressure testing, and functional checks.

• Verify inspection and test results against applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, BS, manufacturer’s guidelines).

• Prepare job-specific inspection reports, calibration certificates, and load test certificates with accurate readings and observations.

• Ensure all testing equipment is within valid calibration before use and properly maintained.

• Identify non-conformities, defects, or unsafe conditions and immediately report findings to clients and management.

• Supervise testing activities at site and ensure safe execution in accordance with HSE requirements.

• Liaise with clients, ship crew, factory personnel, and third-party surveyors during inspection and testing activities.

• Maintain records of completed jobs, calibration status, and inspection schedules.

• Support audits and client inspections by providing technical documentation and test records.

• Willing to work at industrial plants, shipyards, ports, offshore/onshore sites, and travel as required.
