• Strong knowledge of e-GP tendering is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, accurate, and well-organized.

We are seeking a skilled and committed Tender Specialist to support our tendering and procurement activities.

Marine Procurement & Tender Management (Industry Focus)

As a marine & mechanical equipment supplier, the Tender Specialist will be responsible for handling tender activities related to:

• Marine equipment supply
• Mechanical equipment
• Marine engineering services

The role includes dealing with tenders from:

• Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA)
• Chittagong Port Authority (CPA)
• Mongla Port Authority (MPA)
• Bangladesh Navy & Coast Guard
• Power plants & energy projects
• Government engineering departments (PWD, LGED, RHD, etc.)
• Bangladesh Shipping Corporation & other maritime agencies

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant government and private tenders (especially via e-GP).
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents accurately within deadlines.
• Collect technical, commercial, and financial information from internal departments.
• Prepare BOQs, technical compliance sheets, financial proposals, vendor forms, and affidavits.
• Ensure full compliance with PPA 2006, PPR 2008, and tender-specific requirements.
• Maintain tender tracking sheets and follow up on clarifications, amendments, and results.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
• Support procurement and sourcing of marine/mechanical equipment where required.
