Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Experience in Coal/Trading/Depot Operations will be preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
Willingness to work at depot locations (anywhere in bangladesh) and handle operational pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall responsibility for depot/ghat operations and daily activities.
Ensure proper receipt, unloading, stacking, weighing, loading and delivery of coal.
Supervise Sales, Accounts and Supervisory teams.
Maintain proper stock control and reconcile physical stock with records.
Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety and security requirements.
Monitor customer service, operational costs and depot discipline.
Submit daily/weekly operational and sales reports to Head Office.
