  • Practical working experience with ERP Software, Inventory Management Systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Must have experience in Store or Inventory Management, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Medicine Company.
  • Must be proficient in ERP Software or Inventory Management Software.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prepare Live Reports, Stock Monitoring Reports, and Inventory Tracking Reports using Google Sheets.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Formulas, Filter, Sort, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Data Analysis.
  • Skilled in Data Entry, Data Management, and Report Preparation.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to use various Business Software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Software and ERP Systems.
  • Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Must be responsible, honest, hardworking, and capable of working effectively in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:

Amico Laboratories Limited is looking for a skilled, responsible, and technology-oriented Store Officer to manage Store Operations, Inventory Management, Stock Monitoring, ERP/System-based activities, Digital Reporting, and Store Data Management.

The candidate must have good working knowledge of ERP Software, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Inventory Management Systems. Practical skills in Stock Monitoring, Data Entry, Report Preparation, and Digital Inventory Management will be highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain proper records of all Receiving, Storage, Issuance, Transfer, Return, and Stock Movement activities.

  • Verify Challans, Purchase Orders, and relevant documents before receiving materials and maintain proper records.

  • Accurately enter and update all stock and material information in the ERP Software/Inventory Management System.

  • Regularly reconcile Physical Stock with ERP/System Stock and identify and report any discrepancies.

  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Stock Reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • Manage Live Stock Monitoring, Inventory Tracking, and Data Updates using Google Sheets.

  • Prepare reports on Stock Position, Stock Movement, Consumption, Issuance, and Balance.

  • Prepare Daily Stock Updates and MIS Reports for management.

  • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets formulas and data analysis tools.

  • Ensure proper stock management by following FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles.

  • Regularly monitor and update information related to Expiry Dates and Retest Dates.

  • Maintain proper Digital Records and Backups of all store-related documents, registers, and reports.

  • Assist in developing and improving the Store`s Digital Reporting and Automated Reporting System.

  • Coordinate with the ERP and IT Teams to resolve Store-related software/system issues and support system improvements.

  • Quickly learn and effectively use new ERP, Inventory Management, or Business Software.

  • Ensure accuracy of stock and inventory data and maintain proper documentation.

  • Participate in regular Stock Verification and Inventory Reconciliation.

  • Ensure smooth and organized day-to-day Store operations.

  • Perform other Store and Inventory Management-related duties assigned by management.
