Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce/ B2B, distribution warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems.

• Understanding of logistics planning and transportation coordination.

• Experience with inventory cycle counting and stock reconciliation.

• Microsoft office knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.

• Ensure proper unloading, sorting, labeling, and storage of products.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices where applicable.

• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor stock movement and update inventory transactions.

• Assist in stock reconciliation and annual physical inventory.

• Process customer orders accurately and on time.

• Prepare picking lists, packing lists, invoices, and delivery challans.

• Coordinate with delivery teams and transport partners for timely deliveries.

• Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Ensure proper proof of delivery (POD) collection and documentation.

• Handle product returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
