Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain within large-scale industrial, energy, or marine O&M projects.

Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills.

Experience in large-scale industrial, energy, marine, or O&M projects will be highly valued.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, logistics, and inventory control.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office and procurement/supply chain management systems.

High level of integrity, accountability, organization, and attention to detail.

Job Summary:

Parker Bangladesh Limited is looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic, and highly organized Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to support our onshore and offshore operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation analysis, purchase orders, and contract negotiations for technical equipment, spare parts, and operational consumables.

2. Maintain vendor relationships and build a reliable network of local and international suppliers compliant with marine and industrial O&M standards.

3. Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and customs clearances to ensure zero downtime for onshore and offshore operations.

4. Monitor procurement activities against approved project budgets, delivery schedules, quality requirements, and compliance standards.

5. Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, project, finance, and logistics teams to understand requirements and ensure uninterrupted supply.

6. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, supplier documentation, and performance reports.

7. Stay informed about market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and developments within the industrial and marine supply chain sectors.

8. Ensure strict adherence to project budgets, compliance standards, and procurement policies.
