• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobile, Furniture Manufacturer, Bicycle, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobile, Furniture Manufacturer, Bicycle, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop

• Age 24 to 36 years

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in workshop material procurement/purchasing is required.

• Source vehicle related spare parts/materials as per workshop requirements from local suppliers and identify reliable vendors.
• Collect quotations, evaluate offers, and compare prices to ensure competitive procurement.
• Prepare Comparative Statement (CS) and any other report assigned by management.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Arrange purchase order, Check bills and process for payment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop alternative supplier sources for cost optimization and strengthening the supply chain.
• Visit local market on emergency basis for arranging vehicle related items.
• Handle urgent procurement requirements and management assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain proper procurement documentation.
