Responsibilities & Context:
Stock In, Stock Out, Return এবং Damaged Product-এর সঠিক হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করা।
প্রতিটি অর্ডার প্রস্তুত করার আগে গ্রাহককে ফোন করে অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত (Order Confirmation) করা।
স্টকের পরিমাণ নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সময়মতো পণ্য পুনঃসংগ্রহ নিশ্চিত করা।
নিয়মিত Physical Stock Count করা এবং সিস্টেমের তথ্যের সঙ্গে বাস্তব স্টক মিলিয়ে দেখা।
স্টকের অসামঞ্জস্যতা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য, Slow-moving ও Dead Stock শনাক্ত করে রিপোর্ট করা।
Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse এবং Delivery Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
অর্ডার অনুযায়ী সঠিক পণ্য নির্বাচন, প্যাকিং এবং ডিসপ্যাচ নিশ্চিত করা।
সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক ইনভেন্টরি রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
পণ্যের Stock Movement পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টেশন সংরক্ষণ করা।
Inventory/Warehouse Staff-দের তত্ত্বাবধান করা এবং দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে সম্পন্ন হচ্ছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা।
