• Proven experience in supply chain system implementation, process automation, or ERP/inventory management system implementation.
• Practical understanding of inventory management systems and the ability to lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning and inventory management systems.

HF Food Service is looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, warehouse coordination, system implementation, and smooth supply chain operations across the organization.

• Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies based on demand forecasting, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and logistics operations.
• Lead inventory planning and control, including Reorder Level, FIFO/FEFO, Stock Turnover, stock accuracy, and timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Lead supply chain system implementation and automation, particularly inventory management, while improving existing processes, workflows, and SOPs for greater accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage suppliers and logistics partners, including sourcing, negotiation, performance monitoring, delivery planning, routing, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities, focusing on cost, lead time, wastage, fulfillment, packaging, sourcing, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and risk management with Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and other relevant teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
