Experience:
Strong knowledge of tender procedures and documentation
Excellent understanding of e-GP and tender submission processes.
Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Excellent documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or missing requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Professional attitude, integrity, accountability, and strong sense of responsibility.
Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Rules (PPR) and government procurement procedures.
Proven hands-on experience in government/private tenders and e-GP.
Must have practical experience in independently handling the complete tender process from A to Z.·
Experience in tender documentation, BOQ, technical & financial proposals, tender security, performance security, bank guarantees, and related activities will be highly preferred.
Identify and monitor relevant government and private tender opportunities.
Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, specifications, BOQ, schedules, and submission requirements.
Independently manage the end-to-end tender process, from tender identification to submission and post-submission follow-up.
Prepare, collect, verify, and organize all required tender documents.
Handle tender submission through e-GP and other relevant tender portals.
Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
Coordinate with management, banks, insurance companies, suppliers, government offices, and other relevant parties for tender-related requirements.
Manage Tender Security, Performance Security, Bank Guarantees, Pay Orders, and other financial/documentary requirements.
Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the stipulated deadline.
Follow up on tender opening, evaluation, clarification, NOA, work order, and other post-submission procedures.
Maintain proper records of tender notices, submissions, documents, deadlines, and results.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tender-related activities.
Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing and upcoming tenders.
Ensure compliance with applicable tender rules, procedures, and organizational requirements.
Perform any other tender-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Conduct regular project site visits and monitor execution, progress, manpower, materials, quality, and timelines as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Suppliers, and Head Office, ensuring timely completion of project activities.
Identify and report delays, technical/execution issues, and provide regular project progress updates, documentation, measurements, and billing follow-ups to management.
