Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd., a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer – Logistics (Transport). The Officer – Logistics (Transport) will be responsible for coordinating factory transportation, C-Van/Mover operations, container and courier arrangements, transportation billing, fuel management, and logistics cost tracking to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods and documents. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, cost control, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on factory C-Van, Mover, covered van, and container operations to ensure timely vehicle availability and factory entry.

• Schedule transportation trips and continuously coordinate with transport suppliers and drivers until vehicles arrive at the factory.

• Arrange export vehicle gate passes and ensure timely entry through the customs gate.

• Prepare, verify, and process transportation, C&F, courier, fuel, and other Logistics Department bills accurately and within timelines.

• Maintain daily transportation cost records for export containers, C-Vans, Movers, and other logistics activities.

• Manage own Mover/C-Van billing and fuel operations, including location-wise fuel consumption monitoring and identification of excess consumption.

• Coordinate import/export container bookings and transportation arrangements with suppliers, including continuous follow-up until completion.

• Arrange local and overseas courier services through courier portals, email, and other communication channels, including export and pickup arrangements.

• Monitor and maintain logistics-related expenses and road transportation costs, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.

• Perform additional logistics-related responsibilities as assigned by the Logistics Management.
