• 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management.

• Experience in retail, apparel, garments, or consumer goods will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and documentation.

• Experience in using ERP/WMS or inventory management software.

• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Manager to spearhead our warehouse and inventory operations. The position will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate inventory control, timely stock movement, and proper documentation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.

• Develop and maintain effective systems for receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials/products.

• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain proper stock documentation.

• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.

• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and organized storage of products and materials.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Production, Accounts, and other relevant departments for smooth stock movement.

• Establish appropriate controls to minimize stock loss, damage, wastage, and pilferage.

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock statements, and reconciliation reports.

• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards.

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel.

• Implement and continuously improve warehouse and inventory processes and controls.

• Ensure timely availability of stock as required by different business units.
