Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic, Inventory/Warehouse

• Master of Commerce (MCom)

Certifications in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or SAP will be considered an advantage.

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic, Inventory/Warehouse

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

Strong working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) Module.Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage operational deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, and documentation.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Monitor and control warehouse movement through SAP system transactions.

• Maintain proper stock records and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

• Lead warehouse staff and establish a high-performance work culture.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth operational activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities to ensure efficiency and minimize damage.

• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.

• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management on a regular basis.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, space utilization, and warehouse security.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
