Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related discipline.
Additional certifications in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or SAP will be considered an advantage.

1) Experience in managing large warehouse operations and inventory control is mandatory.
2) Experience in managing logistics and daily loading/shipment process
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, and documentation.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Monitor and control warehouse movement through SAP system transactions.
Maintain proper stock records and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
Lead warehouse staff and establish a high-performance work culture.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities to ensure efficiency and minimize damage.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
Prepare operational reports and submit them to management on a regular basis.
Ensure proper housekeeping, space utilization, and warehouse security.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
