Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Target Achievement: Ensure individual and departmental monthly and yearly sales targets are met to drive overall company growth, specifically focusing on 33KV & 11KV substation equipment and electrical components.
Client Relationship & Market Exploration: Regularly explore and visit potential and existing industrial clients to promote the company, discuss requirements, schedule meetings, and build strong positive relationships.
Technical Design, Estimation & BOQ: Provide design, estimation, and tailored engineering solutions for industrial 33KV & 11KV substation equipment, including preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on customer needs.
Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with the Techno-Commercial Team regarding product requirements, stock availability, market analysis, technical queries, and training.
Reporting & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to provide actionable insights and reports to the line manager.
Confidentiality & Professional Integrity: Protect the organization's core values and strictly maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information.
