কৌশলগত ক্রয় এবং সোর্সিং পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
ভেন্ডর বা সরবরাহকারীদের খুঁজে বের করা, মূল্যায়ন করা এবং দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
পণ্যের সঠিক মূল্য, গুণমান এবং ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলী নিয়ে চুক্তি চূড়ান্ত করা।
ব্যয়ের তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ করে ভবিষ্যৎ বাজার পরিস্থিতি অনুমান করা এবং আর্থিক ঝুঁকি কমানো।
ERP সিস্টেম এবং ডিজিটাল টুলস ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে কাজের প্রক্রিয়াকে সহজ ও গতিশীল করা।
প্রকিউরমেন্ট টিমকে পরিচালনা ও দিকনির্দেশনা দেওয়া।
