Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and executing daily transport schedules.
Coordinate with drivers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and track vehicle movement using GPS systems.
Maintain records of transport logs, fuel consumption, maintenance, and delivery documentation.
Support compliance with traffic rules, safety regulations, and company transport policies.
Help in managing vehicle servicing, insurance, registration, and other documentation.
Handle emergency breakdowns or unexpected delays and resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly transport reports and submit to the department head
