Required Experience
Candidates with experience in Chain Shop, Departmental Store, Grocery Shop, Retail Store, or similar business operations are preferred.
Strong experience in shop operation, cash handling, POS and team supervision will be an advantage.

Job Location:

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and control the day-to-day operations of the super shop.
Monitor daily sales, cash collection, cash counting and cash reconciliation.
Ensure proper POS operation and accuracy of all sales transactions.
Monitor card, mobile banking and other digital payment transactions.
Ensure timely bank deposit of collected cash and proper maintenance of vouchers/receipts.
Monitor stock/inventory, product availability, price tags, shelf display and replenishment.
Monitor expiry, damaged products, stock shortage and operational losses.
Supervise cashiers and shop staff; prepare duty roster and monitor attendance/performance.
Provide guidance/training to team members and maintain discipline and service standards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure professional customer service.
Ensure proper shop opening/closing procedures and overall security.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales/operational reports to management.
Maintain company policies, internal controls and management instructions.
Perform any other operational or administrative duties assigned by management.
