Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate service teams to maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, attendance, and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and effectively.
- Support the management in events, buffet operations, corporate bookings, and special functions.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
