Role Description the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role located in Gulshan2, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The COO will manage operational processes, supervise key departments, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve efficiency and service quality. This role includes leading business planning cycles, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing policies and procedures that support sustainable growth. The COO will collaborate closely with Board Members on financial planning, resource allocation, and risk management, while mentoring managers and staff to uphold high professional standards. The role requires regular reporting to Board members and active participation in strategic decision-making.
