Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
∎ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
∎ Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
∎ Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
∎ Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and events
∎ Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
∎ We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the restaurant industry.
