• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agency, Tour Operator

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Proven experience in business development, customer service & client handling capabilities, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.

• Customer-centric mindset with a knack for understanding clients’ needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Command in Computer Literacy especially in MS Office.

• Collaborate with clients to craft their perfect travel itinerary. 

• Create a positive work environment for fellow employees.

• Uphold company's reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results. 

• Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism organizations, including hotels, restaurants, tour vendors, and event-ticketing companies. 

• Help navigate foreign or domestic travel requirements, such as passports, visas, or vaccinations.

• Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergencies. 

• Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans ·      

• Work with clients to make last-minute changes or updates to their itinerary

• Work closely with the design team to prepare & update designs & Contents for Social Media Posting.

• Passion for generating new ideas to make innovative tour packages & make addition of new country tour packages to serve more customers’ need.

• Provide end to end solutions for the customer: From Visa Support, Air Tickets Solution, Proposal Preparation, Customized Tour Itinerary Creation to Final Payment Collection.
