Key Responsibilities:

• Search, quote, book, issue, reissue, and refund domestic & international air tickets.

• Handle Amadeus, Galileo and airline/consolidator portals.

• Understand fare rules, baggage allowances, transit/visa requirements, and PNR handling.

• Prepare accurate travel quotations, itineraries, invoices, booking confirmations, and vouchers.

• Handle individual, family, and group bookings.

• Build holiday packages including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other travel partners.

• Guide clients regarding travel documentation and visa requirements.

• Handle Hajj, Umrah, religious travel, holiday packages, and DMC services.

• Respond professionally to customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

• Monitor promotional fares, airline updates, travel regulations, and route changes.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business development activities.

• Maintain accurate booking, payment, customer, and travel-document records.

• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and booking reports.
