• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proven working Experience in Reservation & Ticketing Department.
• Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP.
• Excellent knowledge on Amadeus and Galileo Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
• Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Passion for travel and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Provide professional and courteous service to clients over the phone and email.

• Advise clients on travel options, including destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities.

• Create custom travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.

• Manage booking processes, including securing payments and handling necessary documentation.

• Build and maintain relationships with airline and travel industry partners to ensure competitive pricing and seamless travel experiences
