Key Responsibilities

• Tour Planning & Execution:

  • Design, cost, and execute customized and group travel itineraries.

  • Ensure all bookings (flights, hotels, transport, visas, and guides) are confirmed accurately.

  • Monitor real-time trip execution and handle on-ground emergencies or itinerary changes smoothly.

• Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, airlines, local transport operators, and B2B agents.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of reliable global and local vendors.

  • Conduct regular quality assessments of contracted service providers.

• Team Leadership & Workflow Control:

  • Supervise and mentor operations executives, tour coordinators, and customer support staff.

  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for booking, tracking, and post-tour feedback.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions for the operations team.

• Quality Assurance & Customer Relations:

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints, refunds, and emergency crises swiftly.

  • Gather and analyze post-tour feedback to continuously improve service quality.

  • Maintain a 95%+ client satisfaction rate.

• Financial Control & Reporting:

  • Manage the operational budget and approve payments for suppliers.

  • Review final tour costing sheets to ensure target profit margins are met.

  • Generate monthly operational performance and cost-benefit reports for upper management.
