Responsibilities & Context:
Marinozz Chain Restaurant is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations.
* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and manage restaurant staff.
* Prepare duty rosters, shifts, and attendance.
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
* Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.
* Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
* Ensure proper implementation of company policies and SOPs.
* Handle customer complaints professionally.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant employees.
* Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
* Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational requirements.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Educational background in Hospitality/Hotel Management will be preferred.
Experience
* Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations or a similar managerial position.
* Experience in chain restaurants/QSR/casual dining will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
* Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
* Candidates must be willing to work in Dhaka or Sirajganj.
