∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven working Experience in Reservation & Ticketing Department.
∎ Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Amadeus and Galileo Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
∎ Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
∎ Passion for travel and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide professional and courteous service to clients over the phone and email.
∎ Advise clients on travel options, including destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities.
∎ Create custom travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
∎ Manage booking processes, including securing payments and handling necessary documentation.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with airline and travel industry partners to ensure competitive pricing and seamless travel experiences
