Responsibilities
Communicate with clients professionally and effectively
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and in person
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Follow up with potential and existing clients
Handle clients professionally throughout the service process
Coordinate with relevant team members when required
Maintain client information and follow-up records
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
