• Good knowledge of airline sales and travel industry operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.Good presentation and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.Knowledge of GDS/
• Reservation systems will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client and agency visits when required.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for airline tickets and related services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.

• Promote airline products, fares, routes, and special offers to customers and travel agents.

• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups professionally.

• Conduct regular client and travel agency visits to strengthen business relationships.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and airline fare movements.

• Coordinate with the Reservation, Ticketing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
