Responsibilities & Context:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize META (Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp) Ads and Google Ads

  • Generate qualified leads for Tourism & Travel services

  • Develop and manage marketing funnels from lead to booking

  • Monitor and optimize CPL, ROAS, conversions, reach, and engagement. Continuously reduce CPL while improving lead quality and conversion.

  • Run seasonal campaigns (Eid, Summer holidays, Visa rush, Thailand/Maldives/Malaysia, etc.).

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and formats

  • Organic Social Media (Reels, posts, stories, group marketing)

  • Implement retargeting strategies to improve lead quality

 

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Manage official Facebook & Instagram pages

  • Write engaging captions in Bangla & English with strong CTAs (posts, reels, stories)

  • Coordinate creatives (images, videos, reels) with designer/video editor.

  • Ensure brand tone consistency across all platforms.

  • Manage and execute monthly social media content calendars.

 

Analytics, Reporting & Tools

  • Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

  • Maintain proper lead tracking (source-wise, executive-wise) & prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Analyze campaign data and provide improvement recommendations

  • Stay updated with META & Google Ads algorithm changes and social media trends

 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid Advertising & Marketing Funnels

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

  • Proven understanding of multi-channel lead generation tools & platforms

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure during peak tourism seasons

  • Experience in Tourism, Travel Agency, or Aviation Marketing

  • Familiarity with Bangladesh travel customer behavior

  • Experience with WhatsApp-based lead nurturing

  • Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools (Google Sheets or similar)
