Job Overview: In our organization, an Ast. MANAGER (Application & International Relations) will oversee student applications and communicate with foreign partner institutes (universities/colleges/B2B partners/portals). Preparing application files and making sure all paperwork is submitted accurately while following to application requirements are part of this job. Additionally, the role entails developing and maintaining connections with foreign institutions concerning collaboration, admission letters, enrollment, refunds of tuition fees (in case of visa refusal), and inviting and ensuring the attendance of institute representatives at various educational events at our in-house or outside venues.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documents like transcripts and recommendation letters are collected and submitted on time.
Act as a liaison between our company and international partner institutions (universities/colleges/institutes/B2B partners/portals as ApplyBoard, StudyInfo, Admission Platform etc).
Maintain updated program information and resolve student-related issues with partner institutions.
Building and maintaining relationships with foreign institutes (universities/colleges/institutes/B2B partner) regarding partnership, admission letter, enrollment, refund tuition fee (in case of visa refusal), invite and ensure participation of institute’s representatives at several educational events (in-house or outside venues) of our company.
Contribute to the development of promotional materials, website content, and social media campaigns
Assist in the development and execution of promotional materials, website content, and social media campaigns targeting international students.
Monitor international education trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations to provide timely guidance to students and internal teams.
Prepare regular reports on application status, partner institution performance, and student feedback for management review.
Support cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and student support) in developing strategies to expand international partnerships and increase student enrollment.
Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and institutional regulations while handling sensitive student and partner information.
