Responsibilities & Context:
Cooperate with all departments in providing information.
Arrange and prepare supporting documents for visa application.
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
Explore business development and implement training for exceptional service.
Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges.
