Responsibilities & Context:
Receptionist – Job Requirements
- Minimum HSC qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good command of Bangla and English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to handle phone calls, visitors and general inquiries professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Punctual, responsible, polite and well-mannered.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive will be an advantage.
