Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers regarding Hajj & Umrah packages, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and related services.

• Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budget and recommend suitable packages.

• Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah packages through direct inquiries, telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other approved channels.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide clear and accurate information about available packages and services.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with the Visa, Ticketing, Operations, and Accounts Teams to facilitate smooth processing of customer requirements.

• Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate the collection and submission of necessary documents to the relevant team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, and follow-ups.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant travel services, including air tickets, hotels, transportation, and other approved services.

• Support Hajj & Umrah promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Perform other Hajj & Umrah-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Hajj & Umrah sales, travel consultancy, tourism, or customer service will be preferred.

• Strong communication, consultation, and customer-handling skills.

• Good understanding of Hajj & Umrah travel packages and related customer requirements.

• Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally through telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and in-person meetings.

• Target-oriented, organized, responsible, and professional.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and maintain accurate customer records.

• Candidates with an established customer network or experience in Hajj & Umrah sales are encouraged to apply.
