Experience Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in **Travel Agency, Tourism, Visa Processing, Air Ticketing or B2B Sales** will get priority.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in field sales may also apply.

Destination International Ltd. is looking for energetic, smart, target-oriented and self-motivated **Marketing Executives** to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting different travel agencies, corporate clients and potential business partners to promote our visa processing, air ticketing and tour package services. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate new business, develop strong B2B relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidates who are confident in field marketing, client communication and business development are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit travel agencies, tour operators, corporate offices and potential business partners on a regular basis.
• Generate new sales leads and bring business for the company.
• Promote the company’s Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Tour Packages and other Travel Services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients.
• Identify new travel agencies and potential business partners in assigned areas.
• Regularly communicate with agency owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Explain the company’s services, pricing, offers and business policies professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market information and provide updates about competitors and customer needs.

Requirements and industry trends.

• Maintain proper records of agency visits, leads, follow-ups and confirmed sales.
• Submit daily/weekly marketing and sales reports to the management.
• Coordinate with the Visa, Ticketing and Tour Operations teams regarding client requirements.
• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, business meetings, networking activities and corporate visits when required.
• Perform any other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
