• Age 25 to 40 years

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an overseas education consultancy is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential, particularly fluent conversation and confident professional communication.
• Ability to independently write professional emails and conduct discussions with overseas representatives.
• Practical experience in student counselling, international admissions, and application documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and online application portals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and communicate professionally with students and guardians.

Education and Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates from an English-medium educational background will be given preference.
• English-medium candidates who have completed A Levels may apply even without a completed university degree (must meet the minimum 2-year relevant experience requirement and demonstrate excellent English proficiency).
•  Experience handling applications for English-taught higher education programs will be an added advantage.

About the Role

MANABI supports students applying for English-taught bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs abroad. We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent English communication skills to handle student counselling, international admissions, and communication with overseas institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on suitable universities and programs based on their academic background, interests, and budget.
• Research and verify admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and application deadlines.
• Prepare and submit university applications, review supporting documents, and follow up through the offer stage.
• Communicate professionally in English with universities, admissions teams, professors, and partner institutions through email, telephone, and online meetings.
• Guide students in preparing and reviewing SOPs, CVs, and research proposals where applicable.
• Support admission and visa documentation, keep students informed of progress, and maintain accurate application records.
