Responsibilities & Context: As a Agency Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients. Your role involves client counseling, building rapport, effectively persuading clients to undertake our services, and managing client interactions across both digital and in-person platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Counseling: Understand clients’ needs through messaging, calls, and face-to-face meetings; offer tailored service suggestions to address their goals.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Persuasively present agency services and convert inquiries into signed contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain client trust and satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Communication Management: Manage all inbound communication—via social media, email, phone, and in-person—and ensure professional, timely responses.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress; regularly report to agency leadership.
- Offline Interaction: Conduct onsite meetings when necessary and participate in offline client consults.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, content, or operations teams to align services and deliverables.
