Responsibilities & Context:
Student Counselling: Conduct personalized consultations to understand student goals and provide accurate guidance on Australian universities, courses, fees, scholarships, and entry requirements.
Application Management: Assist students in preparing, submitting, and tracking institutional admission applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Visa Guidance: Advise and support students in compiling required documents for Australian student visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration guidelines.
Promotional Activities: Confidently speak on camera for online marketing videos and webinars, and actively participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Administrative Support: Maintain detailed and organized student records in the CRM system and provide management with regular reports on applications, leads, and progress.
Calling Activities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to students and parents, follow up on leads, provide updates on applications, and ensure timely communication throughout the admission and visa process.
