Job Context
A leading engineering-sector manufacturing company in Bangladesh is undertaking a feasibility assessment covering human resource management and workforce readiness as part of a broader AI-enabled modernization initiative.
The company seeks an experienced human capital professional to assess workforce structures, training needs, and change-readiness ahead of introducing AI-enabled systems on the factory floor.
Job Responsibilities
• Assess current human resource management, office management, and workforce structures relevant to factory operations
• Evaluate workforce readiness and training needs for adopting AI-enabled quality inspection and maintenance systems
• Recommend change-management and communication approaches for introducing new technology to factory personnel
• Advise on protocols for employee data protection where image or video capture is used on the factory floor
• Coordinate with legal, IT, and safety departments on human capital aspects of the data-capture protocol
•Prepare a feasibility report with findings and recommendations for senior management and the Board
