• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics (local or international)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in upply Chain Management, Logistics (local or international)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Automobile

• Age 35 to 90 years

•  Demonstrated ability to build and lead technical teams while advising senior management and board-level stakeholders

• Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.

•  Willingness to be based at or frequently visit factory sites as required.

Job Context

A leading engineering-sector manufacturing company in Bangladesh is conducting a feasibility assessment to modernize production, distribution, and inventory management through data-driven and AI-enabled practices.

The company seeks an experienced supply chain professional to assess current distribution and inventory practices and recommend improvements aligned with growing mass-mobility production demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess current procurement, inventory, and distribution processes across the manufacturing and supply network

• Identify bottlenecks affecting parts availability, production continuity, and spare-parts management

• Evaluate readiness for AI-enabled demand forecasting and inventory optimization

• Review supplier and vendor management practices and recommend digital-tracking improvements

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to align spare-parts availability with predictive-maintenance needs

• Prepare a feasibility report with findings and recommendations for senior management and the Board

(Negotiable, based on experience and scope of engagement)

• Consultancy fee commensurate with experience and market standards
