• Master of Law (LLM) in Law

• Age 24 to 35 years

Business Development Services Ltd. (BDS) is an investment consulting firm providing a range of business advisory and support services, including entrepreneurship development, loan and equity fund arrangement, market research, legal and tax consultancy, acquisition consultancy, project profile preparation, company registration, HR consultancy, and other corporate solutions.

BDS is looking for a Legal Executive to provide legal support and ensure handling the organization’s legal affairs effectively.

1.   Follow up all Legal steps services

2.   Follow up/Attend Legal Activities at the Court

3.   Official Activities such as

a.   Review the case documents

b.   Petition/Dashboard/Master sheet preparing

c.    Study the Circular of BB, Bank Co. Act, NI Act, Artha Rin Act, Right to Information Act, etc.

4.   Marketing Activities of Legal Services.

a.   Collecting Arji of A/R Suits

b.    Building Relation for Arbitrations & ADR issues

5.   Coordinate Legal Activities with Clients & the Panel Lawyer.

6.   Miscellaneous

7.   Regular Activities

a.   Making To-do lists

b.   News Paper Reading

c.    Collecting dates of upcoming Cases

d.   Collecting orders of Previous Cases
