• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Participation in the BCS written examination or similar competitive exams is mandatory.

• Candidates without such experience are strongly discouraged from applying.

• Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of recruitment tests in Bangladesh; capable of critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Experience in freehand writing (academic essays, reports, publications) preferred; familiarity with research writing is a plus.

• Conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality academic content for publications.

• Writing, editing, proofreading, and copy-checking of the manuscript.

• Collaborate closely with the academic team and subject matter experts if needed.

• Review, revise, and ensure accuracy of content while meeting project deadlines.

• Maintain ethical standards in research and content development.
