• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.

• Good understanding of government job written exam patterns in Bangladesh.

• BCS Written / Bank Written passed or viva appeared candidates will be preferred.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, typing, and essential online tools.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
