Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Knowledge of Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO, ODK, or similar platforms. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate and conduct field data collection activities.
Recruit, brief, and support field enumerators/interviewers.
Monitor survey implementation and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Maintain data quality through spot-checks and verification.
Coordinate logistics for field activities nationwide.
Prepare field progress reports and daily updates.
Support questionnaire testing and pilot surveys.
Ensure timely completion of interviews and data submission.
Communicate with respondents, local stakeholders, and project teams.
Assist in field budgeting and expense tracking.
