Responsibilities & Context:
- Research and develop bubble tea, fruit drink and topping recipes according to local Bangladeshi taste, sweetness and flavor habits.
- Test all raw materials including syrup, tea base, fruit powder, fresh milk and toppings; evaluate material cost and cup yield rate.
- Create complete drink SOP, including formula ratio and production process, and train all store employees.
- Conduct product tasting, blind test and continuous optimization; launch new seasonal products regularly, upgrade old products and remove poor-selling items.
- Control overall product taste and quality, solve taste complaints and feedback from outlets. Cooperate with the factory for raw material testing and BSTI document preparation.
- Design official product menus and seasonal new product plans; provide professional suggestions for product selection, cost control and pricing strategy to the General Manager.
