- Good knowledge of Dhaka and different areas; comfortable with frequent outdoor field work.
- Basic English communication skills; able to deal with landlords and brokers.
- Careful, good at taking photos and recording details; honest in reporting rent and site conditions.
- Experience in sales, field work, real estate or store development is a plus.

About Us
We are a growing bubble tea (奶茶) chain brand in Bangladesh, expanding our store network across Dhaka and other districts. We are looking for an energetic, field-based Site Selection Manager to find and evaluate new store locations.
Location: Dhaka & All over Bangladesh (field work)
Job Responsibilities:
- Search for suitable shop spaces (To-let) for new bubble tea stores across Dhaka and other areas.
- Visit and inspect shortlisted locations; evaluate location, foot traffic, nearby shops, rent, shop size and landlord terms.
- Discuss rent, lease terms and basic conditions with landlords and brokers.
- Collect location photos, videos, address and rent quotations; prepare store proposals for the General Manager.
- Maintain records of potential sites and report progress regularly.
- Support franchise partners in site viewing and simple feasibility assessment.
- Continuously develop new sources of good store locations to achieve the company's expansion targets.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary: BDT 20,000 - 60,000 (Monthly)
