Job Context

NK Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and responsible Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its overall business operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business strategies, company objectives, and long-term growth plans.

2. Lead the overall operations and ensure efficient management of the organization.

3. Develop and maintain partnerships with international universities, colleges, and education agencies.

4. Oversee student recruitment, admission processing, scholarship guidance, and visa support services.

5. Lead business development initiatives and explore new market opportunities.

6. Manage financial planning, budgets, revenue, and operational expenses.

7. Supervise, motivate, and manage employees and departmental activities.

8. Develop and oversee marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.

9. Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and business partners.

10. Ensure service quality, ethical recruitment practices, and compliance with applicable regulations.

11. Monitor business performance, evaluate results, and implement improvements.

12. Represent NK Study Abroad in meetings, negotiations, and business partnerships.
