Must have an academic background in Science or Commerce. (Degrees in any discipline within these fields are accepted)

Previous experience in business development, proposal writing, B2B sales, or consulting is *important but not mandatory*

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, an aptitude for learning, and a passion for business development are highly encouraged to apply.

• Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities across REDS' core service sectors (e.g., Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Health & Life Sciences, and Socio-Economic Management).

• Assist in preparing, coordinating, and submitting Expression of Interests (EOIs), technical, and financial proposals for national and international projects.

• Conduct market research to identify upcoming consulting projects from government bodies, international donor agencies, and private sector clients.

• Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and partner organizations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with our multidisciplinary teams of engineers, researchers, and planners to align project goals with client needs.

• Represent REDS in meetings, seminars, and networking events to promote our services and capabilities.
