CORE COMPETENCIES
Capability to support the planning and coordination of Junction`s programs, including Incurator (incubation) and the School of Entrepreneurship (SoE).
Ability to assist with secondary research, case documentation, and briefs for Junction`s R&D and Research Fellowship activities.
Ability to coordinate communication with founders, mentors, and partner organizations across Junction`s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Ability to support documentation for Junction`s Intellectual Property (IP) and Compliance & Investment Readiness portfolios.
Capability to help organize workshops, cohort sessions, pitch events, and other Junction activities.
Ability to contribute content for Junction`s Blogs & Case Lab (cases, podcasts, teaching notes).
Excellent competency in using MS Office and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
Perfect command of both English and Bangla, in written and verbal communication.

JOB OVERVIEW
Junction Bangladesh is looking for a motivated Intern to support its entrepreneurship development work. The selected candidate will work directly within Junction`s core team, assisting across incubation, research, and ecosystem-building activities. The role demands coordination, curiosity, and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
INTERNSHIP TERMS
This is a 4-month internship, extendable based on mutual discussion between the intern and management. Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time position within the organization, subject to the management`s discretion and business needs.
JOB NATURE AND MODALITY
Full-time (Sunday through Thursday)
CORE DUTY STATION
The intern`s core duty and reporting line will be within Junction Bangladesh.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly remuneration of BDT 10,000
