Location: Dhanmondi | Type: Full Time (5 Days /week)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the policy, research, and advocacy initiatives of the Dhaka Forum. This role is ideal for someone with excellent writing, research, project development, and stakeholder engagement skills who is passionate about creating meaningful social impact.
What You'll Actually Do
Build strategic alliances with media, sponsors, youth groups, and development agencies.
Co-design and run high-impact national policy dialogues and roundtables.
Track, measure, and report the real-world success of our advocacy initiatives.
Pitch initiatives to potential funders to secure backing for future projects.
Must-Haves
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, public policy, or program management.
Exceptional bilingual writing and speaking skills in Bengali and English.
Ability to confidently engage everyone from youth groups to senior government officials.
Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale campaigns or events.
Nice-to-Haves
Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Existing network within Bangladesh’s media, corporate CSR, and youth sectors.
Hands-on experience with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
